About
The experts in nano‑scale chemical analysis
We are a passionate team of scientists working to create the highest resolution molecular analysis instruments available. Our team invented and brought to market the first true non‑contact AFM infrared spectroscopy technique, photo-induced force microscopy (PiFM). With our technology, we help some of the largest companies and most demanding researchers worldwide solve problems at the molecular level with quantitative data. That is our mission—to empower people everywhere to analyze complex nano-scale systems. We strive to do our job well and right; in addition to passion, we work with integrity and care to provide the best nano-scale analysis solutions to each of our customers.

The Beginning:
We started with a vision to “see molecules in color” at the nanometer scale by developing technologies for chemical analysis using a combination of AFM and optical spectroscopy. Molecular Vista was founded in 2011 by two industry veterans, Prof. Kumar Wickramasinghe of UC Irvine and Dr. Sung Park of Park Scientific Instruments. Ever since, we have worked to provide the scientific community with the most cutting‑edge nano‑scale molecular analysis tools available.
